Are the keys official?

Yes. We sell official activation keys sourced from a licensed distributor. You activate them on the platform itself (Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Epic Games and others), exactly like a key bought from the publisher.

How fast is delivery?

Usually within minutes of payment. After checkout we buy the key from the distributor and put it into Orders & keys in your account. We email you when it is ready. Pre-orders are delivered on the release date.

Where do I find my key?

Sign in and open Orders & keys. Keys stay hidden until you press Reveal key. We never send keys by email, so they cannot leak from your inbox.

What if an order shows "Needs attention"?

It means the distributor could not deliver the key right away. Our support team resolves it: you receive the key or a refund.

How do I activate a key?

Steam: Games > Activate a Product on Steam, then enter the key. PlayStation: PlayStation Store > Redeem codes. Xbox: Microsoft Store > Redeem a code, or redeem.microsoft.com. Epic Games: your profile > Redeem code. Each product page also has its own activation steps.

What does the region on a key mean?

Some keys can only be activated in a certain region, for example EUROPE or AMERICAS, and the account region must match. The region is shown next to the price on every product page. REGION FREE keys can be activated anywhere.

My key does not work. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Do not try other accounts or regions. Write to support with your order number (for example 1789571071-4YKXTA) and a screenshot of the error. We check the key with the distributor and send a replacement or a refund.

Which payment methods can I use?

Visa and Mastercard cards with 3-D Secure. Payment runs on the payment provider's secure page; we never see or store your full card details.

Which currencies are available?

EUR, USD, GBP, PLN and others. Pick your currency in the header. The amount is fixed at checkout and does not change with the exchange rate afterwards.

Why do prices change?

Prices follow our distributor and can go up or down. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.

Can I buy several keys at once?

Yes. One order can hold up to 10 different products and up to 9 copies of each.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unrevealed keys can be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Revealing any key of an order closes the refund window for that whole order, except for faulty keys. Request a refund through support. Details are in our Refund Policy.
