Terms & Conditions

The rules for using xpbound.com and buying digital keys.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

xpbound.com ("XPBOUND", "we", "us") is operated by EXAMPLE COMPANY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 00000000, with its registered office at 1 Example Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 1AA. Contact: support@xpbound.com, +440000000000.

2. What we sell

We sell digital activation keys ("keys") for games, add-ons, software and gift cards. Keys are sourced from a licensed distributor. A key is activated on the third-party platform it is issued for (for example Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games) and is subject to that platform's own terms.

Each product page states the platform, the activation region and activation instructions. It is your responsibility to check that the key matches your platform and account region before buying.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy. You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including any applicable taxes and may change at any time before you pay. You can choose a display currency; the amount is fixed at checkout. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

After payment we obtain the key from our distributor and place it in Orders & keys in your account, usually within minutes. Pre-orders are delivered on the release date. Keys are hidden until you press Reveal key and are never sent by email.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: unrevealed keys can be returned within 24 hours of delivery; faulty keys are replaced or refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell keys bought from us commercially, use the site for fraud, chargeback abuse or money laundering, or attempt to interfere with the site's security. We may cancel orders and close accounts involved in such activity.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying working keys as described. We are not responsible for the content, availability or terms of third-party platforms, or for losses caused by activating a key on the wrong account or region. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
